I'm reading psych for the umpteen time.. and it just doesn't stick; I'm guessing it's low yield and as long as we are OK with the ethics type questions, we should be good right? My exam's 3.5months away, and was wondering whether I should still try to drill this thing in my head. I'm just not interested and haven't figured out a way to make myself interested in the subject.

Ethics and behavioral sciences are basically 2 different things. Definitely focus on the high yield ethics concepts, but as far as psychiatry:

Know how to differentiate between schizoaffective d/o and a mood d/o with psychotic features. Know that in general a brief psychotic episode is < 1 month, schizophreniform d/o is > 1 but < 6 months, and Schizophrenia is > 6 months. Differentiate these from the term "schizotypal". Learn the criteria for both a depressive and a manic episode. Know how to identify all the personality disorders. Focus ALOT on pharm as thats where the money is on the test (antipsychotics and EPS, benzodiazepines, NMS, serotonin syndrome, TCA overdose etc...)
