IS there a pharmacy shortage or is it just high vacancy?

Sorry i know this has been discussed, but im just asking for updated opinions. The manpower website says were at 3.93 . Is this something to be concered about. When will we start to see the "shortage" that they are projecting in 2020? Is demand almost met in most places?
