For those of you that interviewed at Kaiser Oakland for Categorical IM, I was wondering what you thought about the program? I really liked it alot, though I still have some reservations about training in an HMO-type, community residency program, as well as opportunities for employment/fellowship afterwards outside the Kaiser system. Any thoughts?
