that is a very awkward swing shift haha. I hope it is or was as painless as possible.
I'm at work too, night shift 7pm - 7am.
Yeah and having to sleep all day sucks! It was gorgeous here yesterday and I had to sleep all day instead of enjoying itI hate getting off after the sun rises
Another all-nighter at work..........

Need to bring this back. Going on 54 hours of no sleep. So even at noon it feels like late at night right now.
Yea seriously. Can't believe this thread has been inactive since October.
Don't let the thread die again!
So I've been offered a one day job working with the Utah jazz and some insurance company. I'd be dressed up "in a costume with a big cat head being nice/goofy with kids for a few hours". It pays about $20/hr.
should I do it? Lol

So I found out more details today. I'll be the Molina healthcare mascot, Dr. Cleo the Cat. I'll be partnering with the jazz bear and going to some local elementary schools for...something? Three separate schools over two days, but when I saw that the Molina mascot is a Dr complete with white coat and steth, I had to say I'd do it.
Here's an example video I found on YouTube.

20/hr, dressing up and playing with kids? Sounds like a win/win situation.
I'm currently on a 12 hour shift at the hospital. Working my ass off before starting medschool. Working like 170+ hours a month.
I honestly wouldn't mind picking up more hours. As bad as I hate this job, the OT pay is pretty legit.
I just got overtime today at my job! Yipee!!!
Although I did have to drive over a snowy mountain pass...
I've never driven in the snow, much less a snowy mountain pass. Do you have to drive in low gear?
No, not really. When driving on the snow you just don't make any sudden movements like braking, accelerating, or turning.
#oxfordcomma
'tis my favorite comma. Though I call it the harvard comma
I like that better. Lets bring the better comma a little closer to home, amirite?
You owe me a can of soda and a new keyboard. Not sure why but I laughed for 3 minutes after reading that.

Today was like this.
But ended with some awesome baby back ribs and some kick ass bison burgers.
