Is it cheaper to wait until you have all the letters you need for one school and then have interfolio deliver them vs. deliver them to the schools as soon as you get one? I'm confused about the pricing for delivery

It's just a one time fee. You pay for the first delivery to a particular school. Any subsequent deliveries to the same school are free.
so the timing doesn't matter? like i could send one now and one in a few weeks and it's just one fee?

Sure.
It's worked that way for me. You can also call the interfolio staff and ask, just to be sure. Someone always picks and they're usually very helpful.
