Is it okay to send an LOI before a decision has been made (acceptance/rejection/waitlist)post-interview? I kinda want the school to see my letter before they make a decision.

i don't think it would sway a decision either way. i think the consensus is pretty split on whether people should even bother with them or not, but that they are usually sent to try and get off of wait lists. but not entirely sure.
