Overall GPA: 3.026
Last 60 credits GPA 3.2
Pre-Req GPA: 3.1-3.3 depending on the school

GRE: taking soon, estimated Q:151 V: 155


Observation:

  • 10 hours homecare

  • 15 hours hand therapy

  • 35 hours subaccute

  • 11.5 hours (and counting) private School for Children With developmental Delays and disabilities

Volunteer:

  • 150 hrs Ran a dance program for girls with disabilities

  • 40 hrs Sports club for you ( a program for children with disabilities to engage in physical activities)

  • 10 hours Kids Runway for Research
  • 24 hrs UDANCE Marathon
  • 50 hrs Girl Scouts

Your extracurriculars will help you out! Try to get more shadowing hours also. And study hard for the GRE. I think you have a good chance!

thanks and i am i still have a couple dates of shadowing left, i am trying to am for 100 hours by the time i apply! im also taking the gre in 4 weeks and studying as much as i can.
 
You may not have lots of hours but I think the diversity in your experience both in and out of OT make you a strong contender. Try to look for schools which are less number based. Schools that offer interview usually take considerate of the overall applicant and are more forgiving of lower GPA/GRE. You still have the GRE that can boost you up as well.
