Low mcat score Apply to DO or retake?

Retake it definitely. The second score (CARS?) is very low.
I think thats too low for DO schools

Definitely retake and plan on applying next cycle. You can take it as late as next May, so you have plenty of time.

120 CARS is lower than a 4 on the old Verbal scale, and the 494 overall is a 22. Retake.

That isn't even going to cut it for DO schools. The 120 and 123 will eliminate you from everywhere. Figure out what went wrong and then you need to retake and significantly improve. Whatever you do don't apply this cycle

What the hell is this? You're capable of studying for and taking the MCAT, but can't even make your own account? If that's true, you must be ridiculously close to your friends. They couldn't advise you to hold off on the test until you got your mind right? Smells awfully trolly, especially now that @Ho0v-man has brought your account credibility into question.

You need to retake the MCAT and score above 515+ to be competitive for MD. For DO, aim for around 506+.

I thought 500 is good for DOs, I can't make 506+
It's realistic advice that's supported by adcoms and faculty here. You have a poor score that indicates significant risk in failing in medical school and the boards. Medical schools are risk averse and want their students to succeed without much academic difficulties. Even when you do retake the MCAT, adcoms will see all your scores, which is why you have to show significant improvement to alleviate concerns that your first performance was a fluke.
Unfortunately no. As @Goro had recently suggested, it's still a weak score for PCOM and coastal Touros. With a 494 in the background, adcoms expect significant improvement to show that the 494 was a fluke/bad luck.

Uh you need to take 3-6 months to prepare for the MCAT. Stop cramming and do it right or you will do almost irreparable damage to your app
SDN accounts are free and should not be passed around to different people. You should make a new one and go from there.
Let's stay on topic here and let me answer your comment with MCAT's style: Your advice may be true but it doesn't apply to the author's concern. Therefore, this is a bad advice.
Sharing accounts is against the TOS. Likewise, it's rather foolish to give your account to another. All the prior posts would then have no relevance to the current poster. This would increase confusion and lead to more problems. While I may not be addressing your initial question, it does not make it bad advice.

Try Khan academy. They got free review videos and practice passages. If you dont have money I recommend.

Although this may implied a case of external locus of control, but imply does't mean explain. There are many things during an exam which could interfere with your internal locus which shifted it from alpha control to negative interference beta control which is another type for situational propassive interference.
