Manuscript submitted to American Journal of Medicine.. how do I include in ERAS application?

Hi everyone-

I have two manuscripts that were submitted to American Journal of Medicine just a few days ago. With my ERAS applications going out tomorrow, I am wondering if this is something I can include somehow in my application or if I have to wait until it becomes confirmed for print and then update my application?

My understanding is that you do not include it in Publications until it is accepted. You can have a “submitted manuscript (title)” sentence or bullet point under the pertinent research experience.
