I honestly would've rather taken the upcoming MCAT over the old one (though I was a psych major and excelled in biochem and all biochem heavy courses). A fair amount of the psych material definitely is not covered in lower level psych courses and I can see this section being more difficult/needing more prep than most are assuming. I can see that really upsetting stereotypical pre-meds. Also, the sample BS, PS, and VR questions really don't look any different than what was on the MCAT when I took it.
