Hello

Just wanted to get some opinions on whether i should retake the MCAT. Last time I took the MCAT i got a 498 and I have been studying over the course of the year on and off, though. Recent practice test i have taken , ive gotten max 505 on NS and lowest 498 on kaplan. I am afraid if i retake it I will end up getting a 498 again ( that happen to a friend of mine). My Cum. GPA is 3.9 and science 3.96. I have research experience along with presenting at multiple conferences. I have 70+ hours shadowing as well. I also am a international student.

Also, my CARS score is not increasing as much as I want to. What do you guys suggest about that. I take at least 4-5 minutes to read the passage.
