Why not fly in the day before, stay in a hotel, then just train in for your interview the following morning? If you stay anywhere downtown in Boston, you''ll be just a few steps away a subway station that will get you to South Station in just a few minutes, or, for the truly paranoid, you can take a cab to the station for a few bucks. You won't have the stress of your luggage, and you'll be well-rested instead of fresh off a plane. Why travel all this way and not even take time to explore the city?
HI. thanks for the advice. I've bought a nonrefundable ticket (due to its price) so I pretty much am stuck now with going and returning in 1 day. I have called the taxi service and oh my gosh ... it cost 110$ + 24/h for waiting hour for going from Logan to Worcester (1 way only). So I'll stick with the plan that once get out of the airport I'll take the cab to South Station and from there I'll go to Worcester. I have a few questions more.. please help. Thanks in advance. From Logan, to go to South Station, you just ask the cab driver to take you to "South Station" and he'll understand? From South Station, you will be able to purchase tickets to Worcester by commuter rail instantly or do you have to book it first (online maybe)? How much would it cost for the commuter rail going from South Station to Worcester?
