Hey everyone, I just wanted to let you know about the great event we have planned for May 14th. This event, the 2nd Annual Southern California Emergency Medicine Student Workshop Symposium, will focus on teaching medical students the core concepts of Prehospital and Disaster Medicine their role as a potential first responder. We have amazing lectures (taught by specialists in Disaster Medicine) and hands-on workshops for the event and were working with the local fire authority to put together a large HazMat/EMS demonstration.
And the best reasons to check it out? 1) This conference is planned and run by medical students, so everything is designed around your needs, and 2) Registration is FREE for medical students.
