If we were a more serious bunch this might be a discussion worth having. Both AOFAS and ACFAS have issued position statements against performing bunionectomies for purely cosmetic reasons. At the same time, I've heard of "foot feminization" since I was a student.

The implication: it's not ok for a cis-woman to electively have surgery to have a more feminine foot, but for a trans-woman it is!
