Why do people who get accepted to Harvard even go? They should stay in their state school, it's twice as cheap? What do you guys think?
Why would they pay twice the tuition? Won't they get the same degree at the end?

Two reasons those being the name and the real/perceived benefit they will have when applying to specialties. To go to HSDM and become a general dentist is a poor decision in my opinion.
