Management of PROM, PPROM or Alloimmunization (Rhesus Diseases, Kell antigens) .... always good, safe and easy to find stuff for.
You could always look at the use of Mag Sulphate as a tocolytic. A recent article crtisized the role of Mag as a tocolytic so you can see how other tocolytics might match up.
