Having calculus is going to be a critical component of your academic development, particularly if you want to get any deeper into statistical analysis beyond simple analyses. Schools may offer the option for you to take calculus once you're enrolled as a student, so you may not need to take it before you apply to a program. However, the best advice I can offer is to contact folks in the department you're interested in applying to asking them for advice (a professor, not the admins).
