is the gpa from the time when you apply or after graduating from university?

Your AMCAS GPA will include all college grades up to the time of your application. If you complete extra coursework during the application cycle and wish to update schools on increases in your GPA, you may do so. All acceptances are contingent upon satisfactory completion of any outstanding academic requirements, including your undergrad degree and any prereqs the medical school requires. Schools will obtain official transcripts for verification of your academic credentials prior to matriculation.
