Hello all,
I am considering IM and would love to train at either Mt Sinai/NYU/Upenn. I am a bit hesitant though given that my third year grades are HPs (including medicine) w. one H thus far. Step 1 was solid, above the often quoted magical 235 for upper tier programs. Also working against me, I attend an unranked private school. Any advice on what I can do to improve my odds of matching at one of my top 3? Should I just accept reality and move on to lower tiered programs...examples?

Thanks for any and all advice,
Biffy
