I assigned 3 PS to each program (I prefered changing some words) and had no idea they will download all versions 😱 is it now obvious for PDs that 3 letter was assigned or only if they check for it?? (I know they only see the last version)

Why did you assign 3 PS?? Were there mistakes that you were correcting? If so, it's a bit sloppy, but I'm sure it's fine. They'll realize you were just editing. If however you assigned a PS meant to go to another program...

From what I've heard, they are able to pull all of them but will usually only print the most recent version of each item.

Agree that assigning 3 PS's to each program is really sloppy though. Proofreading and editing is for before ERAS submission, not a week after.

I only made minor changes cause I thought if I assign a new one it overwrites the first one..

If I remember correctly, your most recent PS will overwrite your other ones each time they log on and try to get more apps. The only possible issue is if they printed your app out earlier, in which case, they'll have an older revision in their physical file. Even then, it's unlikely to make a huge difference to your case unless one of your older revisions was extremely bad/contained some inflammatory comments. I really doubt someone is cross-checking everyone's files with ERAS in some weird effort to screen people who submitted revisions later.

Why would any draft of your PS have inflammatory comments? I can just imagine the changes that would need to be made:

"Revision note: remove second paragraph of PS about endorsing mandatory abortions for the poor."

I meant it as a joke (in other words I didn't think OP really needs to be worried unless there was something truly horrendously wrong with his earlier drafts).
