Anyone have a good checklist or list of stuff that we SHOULD have with us at an interview? If this has been asked before, please point me in the right direction 🙂

Like what?

I carry a nice leather portfolio with a note pad and pen inside. It is also useful for carrying around the pieces of paper and business cards you get handed during the day.

Leather portfolio and a pen and some mints.

Pen.

Pen and clean interview clothes. (you would preferably wear these to hide your nakedness but I'll leave that up to you, just make sure you have them with you)

Seriously though the only thing you really need is your noggin. A pen is useful and a pad of paper may be useful but I never wrote anything down during an interview. (maybe if you wrote down questions you wanted to ask before the interview so you could reference them a pad of paper could be useful) You don't need a big portfolio for that though a simple pocket spiral or something could serve you just fine. (if they give you papers they will probably also give you a folder to put them in)

Right, as far as 'must haves'; I'd say a pen. If you have a folder or padfolio that you want to bring along, go for it, but it's certainly not necessary. Most places are going to hand you a folder or something similar when you walk in anyway.

Just bring your sweet self.
