Congratulations on such an excellent part 2 score. Could please share with us how you prepared for the exam:
1. What materials & books did you use?
2. How much time did you take for preparation? I realise it varies from person to person but a rough estimate would help.
3. Are you in regular dds or a foreign trained dentist(FTD). If an FTD how often did you have to consult the text books.

For the NBDE 2 I did the dental decks 2 to 3 times. I had 1994 released exams and some books that I just looked when I had any doubt.
I don't like to read books for this kind of exam. The only book that I do recommend is Neville book and atlas. (oral pathology).
I studied about 1 month and a half for that.
I'm a FTD and a doctor that I know gave me the books.
