NBDE Scores to PASS or to PRogram?

Hi, I have a question about where to send my NBDE Score Report, to PASS or directly to the Program?

For the Program I will apply it´s required that I pass the National Dental Board Examination, and I´d like to know where do I have to submit the respective Score Report. Do I submit them to PASS or directly to the program?

u send them directly to the program
