If the MAcc isn't free, I wouldn't do it. The only degrees that might ever be relevant for doctors other than the MD/DO are MBA, MPH, and PhD.

+ MPP. Not as popular or prestigious as the JD, but it offers a different skill set than the MPH that those interested in policy will find advantageous
