Realized I made a rookie mistake and forgot to assign MSPE and USMLE transcript to all my programs. Anyone knows how much this affects interview chances or am I over worrying?

You should be able to assign them at any point I believe (even after submitting the application).

You definitely can assign them at any point! What I was told about this was that, a lot of times, programs will download all applications at one time and if an application isn’t complete, they might not consider it. This happened to a friend of mine when we were applying for residency and they ended up reaching out to all of the programs they applied to and telling them the situation and asking the programs to redownload their application. They ended up getting plenty of interviews and matching. So I might consider doing that after you assign your USMLE and MSPE. Hope that helps!

I think that was my bad. I put them under the wrong list but fixed it. It was Rainbow Babies that went out today.
