I just got my secondary from NJCOM, and on the secondary it is stamped red saying "fee waived". Now im not sure if they want my 75 dollar check since why would they stamp that on my secondary application ? Has anyone else had this also?

i don't really have an answer to your question- but i have one for you.... what's the NJSOM secondary like? Any essays or anything?

You may want to call the admissions office about the fee waiver, but I'd assume that you wouldn't have to pay it. :)

its very simple, the essay asks you to discuss your preparation for medical school, both academic and non-academic. Describe both strengths and weaknesses associated with your preparation for medical school. They ask you for the recommendations form your advisor and your signature, and 75 bucks.
