Harvard isn't there, so I expect them to drop out of the top 20 in USNWR rankings. You probably won't have any research opportunities if you go to MGH / BW / BID for residency.
 
If you check the NIH Awards listed above, you'll find that MGH received $323 million, BW received $313 million, and BID received $116 million is grants for fiscal year 2013. Harvard Medical School received $185 million. So there are research opportunities at the three listed hospitals.
