Lol I'm just salty because of my rejection since 16 PAT and I met all the other reqs. I shouldn't let the salt seep through too much though.
 
Has anyone that submitted in early August heard anything from any Northeastern schools? I submitted 8/3 and it was mailed 8/19 and I haven't heard anything yet. (starting to get nervous)

Don't worry! I think they're still reviewing ppl in order and so far ppl who have submitted June and July have been getting interviews from Northeastern schools so far...at least that I have seen on SDN. I turned electronically submitted my app 7/26 and it was mailed 8/5 and still haven't heard from any of those schools yet. Good luck!!

Temple and Tufts haven't even started inviting people to interview yet, so don't feel too panicked.

Congratulations! That's awesome you are landing so many interviews. If you dont mind me asking, how many schools did you apply to? The reason I ask is because I have identical stats.

It actually went pretty well! Very conversational, and they were very understanding when I told them I was sick and I was losing my voice. 🙂 I had to stuff so many cough drops, bottles of water, and kleenex in my bag that day as I was desperately trying to keep my voice from completely disappearing throughout the day. 😛 Still had a lot of fun exploring the facilities and meeting new people though!

Can you explain the incorrect letter of recommendation format Hold? I never heard of that one before.

Indiana University has a strict policy on how letters of recommendation are submitted. For whatever reason my non-science professor didn't put the letter on official letterhead and my application was placed on hold. So IU contacted me to contact her and since she was on vacation she didn't receive my request for resubmission. Finally I got a hold of her and she resubmitted it but forgot to sign the letter according to their specifications 😱 Again it took her a while to see my email and resubmit, so my application was on hold for over a month! Let's just say it's been quite the journey and this interview was a blessing lol 🙄

Oh shoot, I thought it worked like UCSF where you only pay if you receive the supplemental. Would it be a waste to pay now?

Yeah sorry you do only pay if you get the supplemental. When they send out the supplemental there will be a link to pay!
