So I was bored and was looking at old threads and noticed that the amount of people posting on the official interview/acceptance/rejection threads has sharply declined this cycle. For example last year during the 17-18 cycle on October 2nd we were on page 28 with 1359 posts, the 16-17 cycle we were on page 32 with 1590 posts, and for the 15-16 cycle page we were on page 42 with over 2000 posts. In comparison this will be the 892nd posts on this thread and we're on page 18. Anybody have any idea why people aren't posting as often? I don't think the amount of applicants has varied much the past few cycles so theres not any less people applying to dental school this cycle. I got a feeling people with more average stats might be a little intimidated to post on here because everyone seems to have a 22+ and a amazing GPA on sdn.
