I received my interview invite 2 weeks ago and my AADSAS status is still "None". I believe NYU is one of the schools that doesn't use the AADSAS portal to update changes, only their own portal

Yes, it changed to a calendar where I could schedule my interview and after scheduling it has changed to an overview of the interview day and what to expect.

You do realize your numbers are above average right?

My GPA maybe, but my DAT scores are average or below average for some schools I thought would be reach schools, especially with the 16 QR. Idk, as @craftytooth99 said, we tend to doubt ourselves and compare ourselves to others a lot throughout this process but the truth is that everyone's story and circumstances are different and that definitely plays a role. It's not just about the #s

You still have great numbers though, SDN makes us believe that everyone has 27/28 DAT but that's not the reality.
