Seriously. Did you have to apply (more than/to) 18 schools with your stats?!?!?!? why waste so much money!!!!

Honestly, it been really fun traveling and meeting new people. Seeing all the different schools have really been an enjoyable experience. Besides, I have no clue where I want to go if I'm accepted.

If you have those fun green coupons, then go, see it all... in regards to getting admitted... it’s hard to tell with your stats, but Good luck!

Thanks! You can message me privately, if you’d like, but I would say the biggest thing that helped me was applying the day the application opened. I have also been working full-time almost 5 years and have been continuing to take classes part-time. I volunteer regularly because I enjoy it. I had a relatively strong personal statement and good letters of evaluation. Please reach out again if you have specific questions! 🙂

For more detail, I have about 600+ volunteering hours and almost 200 shadowing hours.

It depends on the school. Columbia has already given them all out. It might give more if people cancel them. Some schools will wait to assess how many applicants accept their offer and then decide how many post December invites to send. Some schools are already planning to

I don't know how to make this any more simple lol.

Columbia sent their post December interviews back in September.

They stated in the email that they are doing interviews starting January 18 and every friday after until February 22nd. They also stated that they will fill up very fast....in bold

That's 6 interview dates.

Someone on here posted that their interview date is February 2nd.

Someone on DAT BC group said their interview option was February 22nd.

If you care enough, you may scroll through to September and find the posts.

There is a reason that they have been silent since September 4th

Don’t worry yet, if you haven’t heard yet you will probably hear sometime in December because I feel like people that get accepted December might cancel their interview. Mine is January 18th and I will cancel it if I hear from my top choices

I emailed them a few days ago asking for the status of my application and they said mine is still being considered. So I guess I am waitlisted.

But they have sent out all their invites, even post-dec ones, correct? I guess I might get an invite when people cancel theirs.

I wouldn't lose hope just yet... I have no rejections... they are def. still considering more students!!

You definitely have a chance for post December interviews! A completely average friend of mine applied in September last cycle and got 5 post dec interviews.

I havent heard back from dental schools since my last 4 interviews, which were all received in July. So I was kinda giving up on texas schools, but I'm now SUPER PUMPED & THANKFUL!!!

Nah fam some schools maybe but a lot of them are still interviewing into spring

have you tried looking at past threads for a specific school? that might give you an idea of when they really stop giving interviews altogether
