***Official April 2006 Score Release Countdown Thread***

In the continuing spirit of the tradition started last year, we will hold this as your official countdown til score release thread. You can use this as a countdown, but may also post in here general conversation if you are just going insane over this wait. Also, this may not be an exact of when the scores will come out, but we don't know how many days before the official 60 days are over they will come out. Last year, they came out around June 15th at 10pm. But this will give us a rough approximation.

Ok, let the fun begin.........

Lets pray for all of you and for my very best roommate, and two of my other bestest friends. 😀 May all come with good news in the following two months.

This is for the neurotic ones who just need somewhere to vent their frustration over the wait. 😛

to be honest with everyone, this is the third time I took mcat. My first does not count because I was naive and stupid....I just went to class and completed hardly any practice exams. I functioned in denial....was making like 24's on the practice tests, and thought "whoo hooo, not so bad."
The second time I freaked out and should have voided. This time I took it with 16hrs, did DECENTLY in my classes, but it goes to show where my attention was. I don't want to face disappoinment again, and I hope I hit my diagnostic range. best of to all! I wish I had a pic with my dog....I shall work on that...

all of your babies are sooooo adorable... i just want to eat them up!! haha... umm not in a creepy way! everyone!!! i'm going nuts.. hope you all aren't... i decided i want to get a 40.. not because of the score but so that i can have a party and everyone can bring me "40"s hahaha ... anything above a 30 would be BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!! 👍

I don't want a 40 .... I don't think I could handle the pressure of living up to that score.

Seriously ... if I get a 40, I will fall over dead. It's been a running joke on SDN that I'm going to break 40 ever since I told people that's what my husband predicted I would get (he has no idea how improbable that really is!).

hehe, yes that is Lauren...she is an 18 month old labrador. I got her January before the april 2005 mcat. hehe, that was a disaster....up in the middle of the night, etc etc just like a baby....I would never put her in a kennel either. Thank you for the compliments. I think she is adorable too!

Yeah, I don't foresee my score being lower than 25, but it just occurred to me... how would I react if I score below a 20?

I mean, to look at my total score and have it start with a 1_ . Holy shiit. If that's what I get, I think I may go to one of my career options in Plan D:

1.) Run in front of cars and sue the driver
2.) Jugband manager
3.) Go to Clown College

Both are pepper/salt. Bridgette is 11 and Sophie is almost 2. They're from different lines but it's funny how different they are in looks. Bridgette is bigger, but lean looking, and Sophie is small and stout. She also has a really small head....! 🙂

Sweet, Schnauzers are cute! That's my dream...after residency I want like 3 labs (not all at the same time of course...puppy hell!) hehe. I also have a lab shep. mix....he is 10 yrs of age now. Animals bring much comfort in times of worry--I will hug my pup and cry on my pup when the scores pop up....now I'm rhyming

...Okie, I better get working on this semester's term paper that I have been putting off...SDN lures me in 24-7!!! 😀

I know!! I thought that too! My practice tests weren't ever that low, but what if..? I know people that got into DO schools with a 22 but i would still be sad if I didn't at least get a 25!

Wow! you keep yours so well groomed! We tried to do the Schnauzer style for a long time, but eventually we just started having Bridgette's belly buzzed because it would become matted. She has the Schnauzer beard and eyebrows though.
