My pops predicts that I'll destroy the test with a 38... btw me and my mother have agreed on serveral occasions that the man needs help... badly, so I'm putting about as much faith in his prediction as a third-rate meteorologist

My mom predicts 34. Of course, she said that for the last test as well, and I got a 23. So I'm not too sure how my mom's prediction skills are working. She's usaully right about other things though. Once, we were driving in my dad's car, and it starts to pour. My dad turns on the wipers, and then my mom says the wipers are going to break now. Soon as she said it, the wipers broke. After that, my dad keeps calling my mom a witch.

Mee too!! I have the rope and the knife ready to kill myself out if I do badly on the MCAT; it would be little shameful though. Don’t cut the rope orelse I would just fall down and would not survive to see my MCAT scores. I am hanging on the rope!! I can totally see my death!!! Oh!! I am hanging there... But I am so worried and busy… part of life till OCT 14th...

Sigh!! How many more days left?

Oh man, I really really hope the server problems are fixed before Friday night. It's bad enough not having SDN to come on and commiserate with people on this thread, but if it goes down when we're all checking our scores, that's gonna be bad!

I hate it when the main forums page loads and I think that maybe I can read posts now, and then when I click on Pre-Allo or MCAT Discussions, it won't load. 😡

If you haven't donated, please do. 😳 It might help out the server upgrades. I'm thinking about donating again.

I had another dream last night...I had gotten my MCAT scores in the mail and it had all of these numbers on them, but I couldnt actually decipher this code to find out my score! It was driving me nuts, because the only numbers i saw were 7s and 8s all over the paper. I asked my friend if she could make something of it, but she didnt know either! It was driving me crazy! These dumb scores need to hurry up and come out before i go nuts!!!!! :

Hey, you guys think having terrible score dreams is bad?? Well two nights ago I dreamt that I got an amazing score ~35 and last night I dreamt that I got into a school without a secondary, LORs or an interview. Sounds nice, doesn't it? Then I woke up... 😡

Actually, I just read somewhere yesterday (from google news) that ulcers actually come from bacteria, not stress. did anyone else also read that?

Yeah but stress causes problems because it releases those free radicals which cause other problems if they don't cause ulcers, in other parts of the body.

I.e. some people get acne as a result of stress or things of that nature.

I just keep on hearing "it's gonna be fine. I know you did well." little do they know what my prior experience with mcat was. I just hope for the best!!!!!!

man I hope I can post in the over 30 thread next week. on my way to the MCAT exam I tried to use positive visualization and pictured myself posting on the over 30 MCAT thread.

That's good stuff, visualization. It's worked for athletes for years to achieve peak performance. I did mcat visualization like every other night last summer. We'll see if it pays off. Good luck to you!

Just think...right now, at this very moment...all of our tests have been graded and our scores are set in stone....somewhere, out there, some little underpaid MCAT worker who throws bubble sheets through a scanner all day knows what each of us has made....its just a matter of waiting to see the result for ourselves....waiting for them to be handed out...waiting to be....oh god, I have to vomit...........
