Question: did you get the app complete email after submitting the secondary? or did you receive one before as well? i recently got unlv mailed out and was wondering why i havent had any confirmations...

Those who submitted the fee for UMDNJ, did you all get an "application complete" email? My fee was processed on 8/3 and I haven't received one.....

Application complete date: not sure
GPA (science, overall): Both about 3.8
DAT (AA/TS/PAT/Reading/any section below a 17): 22/22/20/19/no section below a 17

UNLV rejection through e-mail on the same day as UConn interview invitation. I want to go to Las Vegas, too 🙁

I got the same message. I think what it means is that they'll only use AADSAS for decision time, and rejection/interviews will come via a different method.

Does anyone know if UMDNJ accepts international students? I'm pretty sure the ADEA guide listed international students, but I just checked my e-mail from 2 years ago, and the admissions officer said only permanent residents and citizens are accepted. Has it changed or is the ADEA guide wrong?

Yep... just checked AADSAS. I got the same thing!

Probably app on hold or they just don't want people harassing them over the phone.

Don't know... my book says that roughly more than a 1/4 of their incoming class was international...
 
I just checked the LECOM admissions portal and it says I have an interview but I have not received an email from them saying this or how to go about scheduling the interview. Any advise?

The same thing happened to me. I'm pretty sure we will get an e-mail within a couple days with the assigned interview date.

LECOM will assign you a specific interview date in the email notifying you of your interview invite. good luck.

I didn't get an "application complete" email yet, sent my application fee but i don't know if they received it yet. I still got an interview invite though

Got the same thing and I agree it probably means they won't update that section on the AADSAS until December 1st. I'm assuming this doesn't mean we are out for interviews.
 
Case Interview-Dec. 2nd (notified 8/9 and it was the earliest I could get)

Apps were done July 13. Not sent out until July 29th.

GPA 3.8 sGPA 3.8
DAT 18 TS / 21 AA / 21 PAT (18 BIO / 18 GC / 20 OC / 17 QR / 30 RC)

Hopefully I'll get some pre-dec interviews soon!!

i didn't do the gateway to dentistry program but did apply to it once and got wait listed...mines scheduled for september 23rd and right before i got the email i checked aadsas and it said the same thing about checking back on december 1st.
i also got interviews to NOVA and case
 
Woohoo!! Just got interview to umdnj! I did not do gateway and I had the same message everyone got on aadsas school decisions regarding umdnj. So I doubt the message means your app is on hold. Also, I got interview to nova and I was rejected from unlv.

Are you a NJ resident? So far... the other 3 guys were from jersey.

I guess someone at UMDNJ just got frustrated and decided to update our status on AADSAS/

Now, its finally weekend for them. No need to keep that status on AADSAS anymore. Time for them to get some 😴

I received the e-mail confirmation after I submitted everything. It took about 2-4 weeks for them to review everything after I received the e-mail stating that my application was complete. Then I got the interview invite.
 
same here..saw it up in the morning and now its gone..weird lol
 
Received usc confirmation email that they have my app and will be processing it.
 
I'm first batch. Also have lecom interview 8/31 🙂

I just got one of these emails today ... and well I noticed that

My email address wasn't anywhere to be found in the email... How did get to my mail box? The Tooth Fairy?

I think they prob has a list of emails and BCC all of them. They also want a copy for themselves so they send it to their email. No big deal lol

I never received a "we got your check" email, just the initial "send us money" one. I have no clue when my check cleared.

Re: Gateway, of course it helps with getting an interview. You have to apply to get into the program, meaning that if you get in you have a pretty decent shot at UMDNJ. It's also a blast and I highly recommend applying!
 
For those who have received interviews at UNLV, did you include the extra page for "Additional Information Please attach an additional sheet to explain any extenuating circumstances or provide the admissions committee with
additional information that may be useful in evaluating your credentials."

I didn't include any additional information and I hope it doesn't get held against me...haven't received a rejection nor interview invite yet!

I didn't even know they had a section for additional comments. Although I have left that section blank for all my secondaries. I leave that section blank because I feel that the less adcom has to read, the happier they are in the end.
