**Official Interview/Acceptance/Rejection Thread 2011-2012**

so here is what happened, i was driving on freeway and this lady called me, i had my windows down and didn't hear her clearly, She said she called to schedule for interview appointment and i just asked her if i could call her back today when i could actually hear what she was saying and that was it! It was a total misunderstanding from my part, i heard her saying University of Washington when she actually said Western University (I know it is not even close!! 😉, just checked the number she called from and matched with the Western Office of Admission, So sorry about the confusion
The only update i have from Washington is the email i got from them just as i said before, i haven't received the secondary nor the request for the fee, hopefully soon though

Very weird that Nova rejected you with that high GPA and decent AA DAT (is it bio?). Someone with a 3.4 and 20 AA got an interview, but you got rejected. Very strange. A 17 bio is not the best but with that GPA doesn't show crap. Surprising.

That's the worst lie I've ever heard in my life. No one would ever tell a dental school "I'm gonna have to call you back later". They would have just rolled up their window.

I got an interview with LECOM in the beginning of August, but the school is not appearing at all on the AADSAS website under the "decisions" tab. Should I be worried?

I just double checked, and I never got that email... I only got the secondary email, and then the secondary received email... 😕 Odd

Dude, that is a pretty thin story.... How did you get an interview date out of that converstaion? I'll let it slide this time lol 😀

No. Not all the schools update the "School decisions" portion of AADSAS.

congrats! i'm hoping to hear from them soon. this makes me want to drive home to check my mail now.
 
i got an email from UIC saying to pay the app fee. did that. then i get an email this morning saying i owe the app fee and one of my transcripts to the school. in their previous emails, though, they specify not to mail transcripts or letters of recommendations to the school, only through AADSAS. ive received application complete e-mails from other schools, so my AADSAS info is up to date. i would call but they seem so against anyone calling them! anyone experience this?

i got the same email and i called them and they said it was an error and that they have everything. 🙂

Sorry I should add a few things! I sent out my app to most schools on 7/11, and added Louisville and MUSC on 8/5 after finding out MUSC sometimes counts North Carolinians as in-state.

My Columbia interview is on 9/16, and I am scheduling VCU on Monday!

When I scheduled my NYU interview yesterday I wanted to schedule for Oct but they said they were only scheduling for Sept. and had not released Oct dates yet....
