For those that did an academic update: How long did it take AADSAS to verify your new GPA from the date the transcript was received? Mine seems to be lagging
 
Sent transcript first, got the academic update done on 1/6/15 and GPA verified on 1/20/15. 2 weeks to be exact.

When was your transcript sent? My school sent it out on the 7th and it still hasn't been received and processed!

Same here, I sent back in mid December and still has "(AU)" next to my school name under transcript section and no receiving date. I found out that I did not send in the transcript matching form so I have to repay the school $15 to send out my transcript again 🙁
 
GEEZ that is slow. I did my academic update mid-Dec (exact day I got my grade) and sent in transcripts first week of January and was received 1/14/2015 but it still says AU online. Guess I have another week / week and a half to wait. Thanks guys

How did you know AADSAS has received it? What does "AU" mean?

it is kind of late in the cycle, but NYU told me on the phone that they are still in their early stage of the cycle, so hopefully I am actually interviewing for a seat, not a waitlist!

I requested my transcripts in December it was received the beginning of January I just called because my GPA has not been recalculated and they told me it won't be done until probably second or third week of February. She reassured me that the schools can see your updates for your grades and they can get your transcript so it's not a big deal but I don't know I still think the updated GPA would make a difference in some cases.
 
My update took three weeks... I requested transcripts Dec 18 and everything was all set by Jan 12
 
I must say, im starting to freak out a bit.. Ive interviewed at NYU pre december , UNLV post december and I have an USC Invite coming up in February. Havent been accepted anywhere yet. hoping for the best!

Just got Interview #6 on the 20th. MWU-IL!

but, same day rejection from U of M and I am massively bummed. Is there hope, this late in the game, that they change their minds? Silly question, I know, but hey I gotta ask.
 
Also, is anyone calling or sending out emails to the schools they still haven't heard from? A "Hey, I'm still interested in your school," type of thing?

I sent emails in late December updating multiple aspects of my application and have since received 3 interview invites. Coincidence? Maybe. But you never know, and it can't hurt, so I say go for it.

Yes! I sent an email to update and a week later I got an interview. Some private schools really welcome dialogue while other schools don't.
 
OSHU OOS interview declined yesterday. Email was sent on Wednesday.

Congrats! Our stats are very similar which gives me hope for UW. Still waiting for an acceptance call... 🙂

Disappointed, being my state school and all.
 
Rejection #1 with no interview: Rutgers

I'm OOS so no surprise there.
