I wasn't expecting all these interviews really, especially after seeing people here with killer DAT scores, but I have learned through this application process that an application is more than a standardized exam and a GPA. Adcoms, apparently, love to see in an application other things too....... and because I learned how to become a better applicant on this site, I gotta say "THANK YOU" SDN!!!

Ha if I tell u my secret then is no longer be a secret lol jk I don't know about my PS but I would say it was different? I sent it to some ppl here in SDN to proofread it and they always suggested me new things so I'm sure perfect it wasn't.......my LOR's were- at least 2 of them- really good, the other 2 I really can't tell...but for sure they were not bad LOR's...I'd say those other 2 were the typical LOR, nothing out of this world.

How have you not gotten an interview yet?

My AA was the same and TS was lower (22) and I got one. Strange. Where did you apply?

I think its cause my mail out date was 7/25 and application complete dates were around 7/26-8/8.
I applied to Harvard, UCSF, USC, UMD, VCU, NYU, Colombia, UPENN, Michigan, Temple, Tufts, and WVA

?? My mail out date was later than yours. I applied to many of the same schools although I don't see UCONN in that list, which is my only interview thus far. I guess it makes sense. A lot of the other schools haven't really started rigorously giving out invites.

Do you guys think it would be a bad idea to schedule my LECOM interview the day before I interview at NOVA? I've scheduled my NOVA interview for 11/21/2014 and LECOM has a date open on the 20th. I don't know if it would be a good or bad idea to schedule my interview the day before as I'd have to take a flight from Tampa to Fort Lauderdale, would that be exhausting? There is another date available on the 18th but I don't want to be spending so much on a hotel room alone for 2 days. What do you guys think?

Another plane ticket would be more expensive. Im doing this with my Nova and Detroit mercy interviews. Back to back. It's cheaper to pay extra night or two of hotels.

Honestly if missing an extra day or two of school is not am issue , I would schedule it for the 18. More days to prepare mentally and physically. Flying after your interview and having the interview the next day , might be too much
