I recieved a 24 TS, 23 AA
it is 99.7% TS and 99.7% AA

what do they mean?
what are my chances of getting into a place like columbia or harvard?
my gpa is a 3.71 with a science gpa of a 3.68

Good for columbia

Can't really say for harvard. They're arbitrary when it comes to admissions eg ec's and other things besides good stats. But i cant imagine any problems for you - your stats are great.

I received an email on 9/9 with 8/13 mailing date and DAT scores sent 8/20. Good luck!
 
I got the Maryland secondary today by email, which usually leads to an interview invite in a few days. I was concerned they may had passed me up already because i submitted aadsas 7/2 and app complete email on 7/27 from them, and many people have been invited already from later sumbission dates.

Congrats on Maryland secondary! I'm hoping to hear from them. I got the "App complete" email from MD on 7/27 also, and my AADSAS updated on 9/17 to "Received/Under Review."

When is your secondary due? Do you submit it back via email?

Date: 10/22!!!

So I might be overanalyzing this but on AADSAS today for UIC I saw that it says : Application Received/Application Complete, but I haven't heard from them at all. Does this mean I've been denied?? It would make sense because I'm not an Illinois resident, but I'm just curious what Application Complete means or if any of you have ever seen it?

My status for VCU says the same thing, and I haven't heard or seen anything else from VCU since 7/29. Not sure exactly what it means or if there is hope for an interview at some point. I hope so though. I'd love to interview there.

I agree FreeFallin. Mine has said the same thing since then as well. I hope things get rollin' soon!

I got an interview invite email from Maryland this morning for Tues Nov 2! I filled out and submitted the secondary last night, which is basic information and submitted online.(no essay nothing, except general info).
Again, I submitted aadsas 7/2, complete email 7/27, updated aadsas "received/under review" on 9/17. the interview doesn't begin til 11:30 am!! which is way nice, when i went to VCU they start at 7:30 AM!!!
 
just got an update on aadsas for vcu for the interview. Should I wait for an email to schedule? Also anyone knows what dates are available for vcu? did they fill their pre-dec spots already? Thanks!

Congrats! I have heard that VCU sends you info by snail mail. You might have to call to secure a date though... I'm not really sure because I haven't gotten an invitation from them. lol Good luck!
 
Well, this isn't a post of an acceptance, but be on the lookout for University of Michigan interview invites today. They are handing out more spots for November 5th.

How do I know? I just got an e-mail inviting me to an interview on the 5th. Sooooooo happy. 😍 And then, five minutes later, I got another e-mail saying that the first email was a mistake, and I don't get an interview. I'm so confused.

Best of luck to the rest of you, though!!!

EDIT: I just got another email saying that I AM invited to an interview. What???

I am really confused.

According to my phone emails, the time stamps are as follows from University of Michigan:

Invited, Recalled (2 minutes later), Invited (3 minutes later).

According to my GMail time stamps:

Invited, Invited (seconds later), Recalled (~4 minutes later).

How confusing! I guess we'll just wait and see.🙄

i find myself checking AADSAS frequently too, but they don't update daily...isn't it just weekly or biweekly at best??

i think there could be some kind of red flag on your application bc your stats are very good.
 
vcu never picks up their phone and then I missed their call..greattt!!!
