Nope. I negotiated the troublesome clauses, and she's signing it tomorrow. I was thinking all day about how much nicer this would be if I weren't living in someone else's property. A house is probably 2+ years away though. The wife needs a few more raises

Of course you're a fan of the MFD rigs. Life is rough when you don't deal with a real budget, and you can buy a huge-ass International truck that has to kneel before you can even get the patient in or out of that thing. They look awesome (especially the paramedic education rig, which is almost as long as a semi), but it doesn't make you wonder why our city budget is always in trouble. They're really not very big inside either. You'd think you could set up a trampoline in there, but it's only a little bigger than a full-mod.
