Current students - Could you talk about the area a bit? I'm not a city person at all and while I LOVE the school I'm a bit concerned about being in a city for four years. Are there trees, dirt trails to run, any outdoor space at all where you're not surrounded by buildings? Thanks!

During my interview date they said that they sent out declines, then waitlist offers, then acceptances. Is that not how it works? Have they already sent out all offers of acceptance?

Last year at least, they sent out multiple waves of acceptances on Fridays, then waitlists and declines very last.

Once deposits are paid and you set up your buckeyemail (and once the page is setup as well if it isn’t already) you’ll likely get an email with the link to it. Many people from the classes above you usually join as well to post about housomg opportunities and/or to sell stuff

Same! I’m guessing they’ll fix this issue and will notify us (I’ll worry after April 15th). I think the acceptance fee and the Facebook group was the most important thing from the email.

Do not worry about the “city” aspect. Columbus is very diverse and there are plenty of parks, nature trails, farms, etc. And these areas are all close to the veterinary school. Unless you go to downtown Columbus, you are not going to be surrounded by buildings.

Realistically there is no reason it takes this long does the initial wave of acceptances and rejection. I would understand if we were on a waitlisted status. Just make a decision!

It’s a private/closed group, so no.

Just got this at 7:33am. I haven't received an offer yet so I assume two things from this. One, I'm rejected or two I may still have a shot but even if so I will get no money.
