On What Days Are Interviews Usually Held?

Does anyone know what days of the week schools usually hold interviews? In general, do they aim for Fridays/weekends or do they schedule all over the week? Just trying to figure out how to manage rigid work schedule with potential interviews (I should be so lucky!).

I have interviewed on every day of the week except sunday.
