I'm a 3rd year and one of the requirements is to purchase a Clinical Clerkship Manual, or A diagnostic and laboratory book. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have a Boh's Pharmacy Practice Manual, but is anyone else using something else different and what you like about it.

Thank you!

My school uses Pocket Guide to Diagnostic Tests, 5e, by Nicoll, McPhee et al.

We have access to it through AccessPharmacy through our school. I'm sure you might be able to get it through Amazon.

Some things covered in the book:

Common Lab Tests, Therapeutic Drug Monitoring, Microbiology, Diagnostic Algorithms and Differential Diagnosis etc

Hope that helps.

If you're looking for a pocket guide to take on rotations, I would suggest Pocket Medicine: The Massachusetts General Hospital Handbook of Internal Medicine. You'll see a lot of medical students/residents carrying it around, and it's a great quick-reference book. I believe the 4th edition is the most recent.
