hi guys, I have some questions from part 2. Could you help me to find answers? Thanks!


1. Recommended number of implant for complete edentuloys pt in max, and man. choices are
max (1,3,6,8) and man (1,2,4,6)
2. Max. percentage of nitrous oxide for adult and pedo pt, respectively

3. if an autogenous bonje graft was placed within a man bone cavity, after one year, where is the bone from within this cavity?
a)from the autogeneous bone cells
b)from the peripheral cancellous bone
c)mostly from the autogenous bone cells, only the periphery is from the cortical bone places of the carvity

4. treatment of a tooth fractured below alveolar bone level: endo or extraction?

5.pt had an MOD amalgam 3 wks ago and pt now complains of pain of pain w/ heat. This pt should be trewter w/ RCT or watch more?

6. What happens w/ intercanine distance after mixed dentition
a)increased b)decreased c) stable

7. Palatal expansion device does nots need a labial bow because
a)labial bow is not rigid enough
b)labial bow would limit expansion effect
c)labial bow is not functional in this case

8. if thre is no succedaneous tooth, a primary tooth would absord
a) more slowly b)would not resorb at all

9. whch component in a local anes thetic causes the most toxic effects in a clinical situation: preservative?

2. Max. percentage of nitrous oxide for adult and pedo pt, respectively
70% for adult and 50 % for pedo ( there is also wieght consideration for pedo)

3. if an autogenous bonje graft was placed within a man bone cavity, after one year, where is the bone from within this cavity?
a)from the autogeneous bone cells
b)from the peripheral cancellous bone<--------- ANswer
c)mostly from the autogenous bone cells, only the periphery is from the cortical bone places of the carvity

Usually fracture below the sucket, Extraction
