Pass/Fail grades in undergrad GPA?

If I took a class for Pass/Fail and Failed, then retook the same class for a letter grade and received an A, How is my Fail treated in my GPA calculation on the AADSAS application? Do Pass/Fail, Credit/No Credit grades compute into the GPA calculation?

My apologies if this has been asked previously. Thank you for your help! 🙂

if it says F, most likely it counts.

if it says NP, idk.

dont expect for it not to count though. you failed it, the grading basis doesn't really matter..
