Ehh thats cool ill be on vacation for 2 weeks.. the heat seriously doesnt bother me 1/2 as much as the cold!
 
Yay - went back to the gym today 🙂. Life is GOOD.
 
I have an earache and it's cold as hell...no gym for me tonight.
 
I'm such a lazy ass, I have no excuses whatsoever, I better go to the gym tomorrow.

Big disaster in Seattle. Good looking, young doctors, with better skills than most attendings I've seen respond to said disaster. Will do AMAZING things on scene, without needing to fix their makeup, break a sweat, eat, pee, poo, only to return to Seattle Grace and go on hooking up with each other.

If your avatar is a picture of you then you don't need to go to the gym to work out and get in shape. In fact, the gym begs you to come and work out so it gets in shape.

Sweet! Have fun. I wanted to take my gf there to check out the city so that she doesn't freak out or something when she sees it for the first time if I match there 🙂D) but a flight there is almost $300 roundtrip so way too much for the both of us. I'd drive there but it's 1800 miles round trip, no thanks.

Are they putting you up in that sweet hotel for free?

I would rec your SO check it out. You dont want them to be surprised. of course some people are easy to please so they could care less. Just a thought though cause that would be a 4 yr commitment. BTW unless things changed alot Mt Adams is the place to live in Cincy.. Nice place (or at least was).

Yeah, I thought about that. She seems to like Cinci because of the lower cost of living, and because there are really good options for her with 4 pharmacy schools in the area. She seems content not going up there before I submit the ROL, but I still worry about it because it is a great commitment on her part and she'd be leaving her friends and family to move up there with me. I don't have to worry about the other 2 cities in my top 3 because I know she'd love those.

Mt. Adams is still a great place to live. Hyde Park is another great place for young professionals. But we'd probably will be looking at places in Northern Kentucky too. (I'd never thought I'd ever live in KY).

At first the coordinator asked if I needed numbers for hotels, but then called back a little later saying they got me a room. So yup...another night in that great hotel. 😀 I'm going to try and meet with Andra and really let her know how interested I am. My guess is that the peeps they called (yourself included) are probably the applicants they've ranked to match (and maybe a few others). I haven't gotten a call, so I have no idea where I stand, but it doesn't mean I'm not gonna go all in. 👍
 
I'm thinking once the ROL lists are in, I may take a 3 week hiatus until match day. I have a feeling this place might get a little crazy with anxiety. I'm going to need to keep my sanity anyway that I can during that time.

Yup, this will be the true test. I talk the big game now, but will I be able to stop myself from checking sdn, especially since I'll be on such a chill ass rotation.
