I want a tee shirt that says on it: "Path's lead is shrinking..."

I have no idea what it really means, but I see it so often that I sort of like the saying now.

Perhaps SDN can make some money.. Maybe they can contribute $1 for every shirt sold to pay off my student loans 😀
 
I have been procrastinating all day. tomorrow i am making my final med school presentation! Hypertension in preganancy... perhaps my username is fitting.

Just got back from Thailand. Elephants made me promise to do an elephant size +pad+ +pad+ +pad+ +pad+ +pad+ +pad+ +pad+ +pad+ . But can't make them any bigger so that is the best I can do.

The fetus has little concern.. one more freakin week! Overall the sub-i has been a huge disappointment but whatever. NOthing but dealing with social problems.. The presentation should be cool since my attending is an ID guy Im guessing he doesnt know the 1st thing about Hypertension in pregnancy.

basically all done for today.. one pt got d/c'ed by the hospitalist before I even saw him because we spent 90 mins with our teaching attending..

My foresight says today might be an epic day. D/ced home 2 pts yesterday and now only have a few left and my sr doesnt want to give me complex pts cause they'll be here once im gone.. then he has to take care of them.
