I have no idea what it really means, but I see it so often that I sort of like the saying now.

Perhaps SDN can make some money.. Maybe they can contribute $1 for every shirt sold to pay off my student loans 😀
 
I have been procrastinating all day. tomorrow i am making my final med school presentation! Hypertension in preganancy... perhaps my username is fitting.
 
Isnt Lee an attending already.. Hes gotta be able to put a dent in those bills.
 
so $$$ isnt an issue for him anymore 😉 Kidding of course..
 
just finished my presentation.. all ready to go for tomorrow... thank god!
 
Just got back from Thailand. Elephants made me promise to do an elephant size +pad+ +pad+ +pad+ +pad+ +pad+ +pad+ +pad+ +pad+ . But can't make them any bigger so that is the best I can do.
 
And a +pad+ for the monkeys.
 
And one just to pad my numbers.
 
And one because I am bored.
 
And one to make 227. Now dinner time.
 
Wow, I could run a muck on here while you all sleep. But as stated before, I am on dialup. So... no thanks.

The fetus has little concern.. one more freakin week! Overall the sub-i has been a huge disappointment but whatever. NOthing but dealing with social problems.. The presentation should be cool since my attending is an ID guy Im guessing he doesnt know the 1st thing about Hypertension in pregnancy.

basically all done for today.. one pt got d/c'ed by the hospitalist before I even saw him because we spent 90 mins with our teaching attending..
 
padding is easy if you crack open another window and pad between paragraphs or stories...
 
last one.. then wrap the day up.. gotta dictate a patient.. should be e-z
 
I gotta say the cleveland - detroit game is one of the most entertaining games I have seen in a while!
 
Hopefully the series goes 7 so my heat have a nice rest...
 
My foresight says today might be an epic day. D/ced home 2 pts yesterday and now only have a few left and my sr doesnt want to give me complex pts cause they'll be here once im gone.. then he has to take care of them.
