Good luck to those of you with interviews coming up. I interviewed last month and couldn't have dreamed up a better interview experience. Check out the interview feedback, there's a lot of good stuff there. From my experience, be ready to relate something from your app. to practicing Osteopathic Medicine.
For example, I have experience coaching youth ice hockey and was asked to relate that to practicing as a DO. Another guy that interviewed on the same day as me was asked to relate it to being a Subway sandwich artist. Just be prepared for that. If you're passionate about osteopathy you'll do fine.
Other than that, the interview day was fun and relaxed. We had some great breakfast, the chef will make you anything you want. We ate with Dr. Nicholas who is an OMM prof and comes from a family of PCOM docs. He was fun to talk to and informative about the school and the rest of the day.
If any of you have any questions about it, feel free to pm me any time. Good luck, and I hope to see some of you in the fall.
