I used the Veradius for a few procedures when Philips was testing it at my hospital about a year ago. Honestly, can't rally say it was much different than a regular c-arm. I did not appreciate a significantly improved (or worse) picture. The software may have been upgraded since then.
The "II" panel didn't have an impact on my routine procedures although I didn't really test its limits.
If you offered me one now I'd take it, but wouldn't pay extra for it. I think it's just the II that is different and it's not as time-tested as the regular II.
