hi everyone
i know its a stupid question......but i'm really depressed
i had applied last year to 4 colleges nd got an interview only from nyu
nd i was waitlisted there
my stats are nbde 90
toefl 114
gpa 3.73
indian experience 2 years
i'm applying this year again with the same stats
i'm not sure what i can do to improve my application
i'm in canada nd i'm trying to get an observorship somewhere(with no luck till date)
if i donot get in somewhere this year i don't know what i'l do
i'm preparing for my part 2 too
pls anyone can u suggest if there is any other way i can improve my application
pls help me
i'l really appreciate it

i had applied to 4 colleges only cause i had applied in jan and only 4 colleges had their application deadlines open that late....
i'm trying o get a volunteer ,obervorship position
i'm not sure how to get into research in canada...

I think, you didn't get in last time because of your late application...
I'm sure, you will succeed during this admission cycle.

ur stats are pretty good. u will get in next year for sure... i was in the same situation.... i had similar stats, got waitlisted only in BU. and havent heard anythingelse from them... i m prep for part 2 too now. lets jus do our best and see what happens... good luck

i guess observorship is when u volunteer to stand and observe a dentist when he's working on a patient.....(with the permission of the dentist and the patient ofcourse)....
